By accessing and using AI Party ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
2. Service Description
AI Party provides AI-generated party decoration kits including banners, cake toppers, cupcake toppers, and invitations. Each kit costs $19.99 and includes 24 hours of unlimited edits.
3. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required before generating your party kit. All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of generated content, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical failure that prevents delivery of your purchased kit.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the generated party decorations for personal, non-commercial use. You may print and use the decorations for your own parties and events. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the designs for commercial purposes.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our Service to generate content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Infringing on third-party rights
- Inappropriate for family-friendly celebrations
- Attempting to circumvent our payment system
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
AI Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
